I published my “early review of Pixelfed” five years to the day. It, along with my piece on Constantine XI’s last stand, a Persona 4 artbook review, and Victor’s very 2020 article on masks, helped NLJ find its footing with Google in the early days. While none of the 2020 articles are big visitor attractions in November 2025, my 2020 Pixelfed review improbably had its best-ever month in January 2025, which prompted me to supersede it with a newer Pixelfed review.
