Through my first article on the horror story that is outdoor dining sheds in New York City, I learned about an organization called Coalition United for Equitable Urban Policy (CUEUP).  The organization is working to “oppose making permanent the Open Restaurant and Bars program” in New York City.  I could not agree more with this goal.  My take: Those unsanitary sheds are going to cause a Yellow Fever, Cholera, and/or Bubonic Plague outbreak.
