Last year, I published a humorous Justin and Justina dialogue inspired by a scrapmetal statute that I stumbled upon in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Gowanus. On March 20, 2022, I came across a similar statute in a front yard in Brooklyn. However, the metal in this case was used to create a flower instead of a man.

I no longer remember precisely where I took the photo. It may have been on the periphery of Gowanus (albeit, not particulary close to the weird statute I featured last year). Too much time elapsed for such small details. In any event, it is an interesting statute, but I hope spring and summer brought some real flowers to the front yard to join the statue.
