We had been using the premium version of Starbox (see free) to present author boxes since the summer of 2020.  It offers the best-looking author boxes in plugin form, but I found that it had some display issues when javascript is disabled. Since I want to ensure that NLJ is js-blocking friendly, I decided to switch to the author boxes that come with our theme.  However, Starbox is still working in the background to serve our profile images locally and to output certain auithor meta-data.
