I sometimes discover new search engines in my Koko Analytics logs. Today I learned that Mozilla’s adblocking extension/software, Ghostery, has a private search engine called Ghostery Glow. It does not say where it receives its results from, but a few test searches made it obvious that Glowstery uses Bing. The search engine isn’t transparent enough or something I’m too interested in, but I will note a neat feature wherein it reveals ads and trackers in sites from the search page.
