I have thought about creating my own Shaarli instance for a while. Shaarli, for those who have not heard of it, is a self-hostable, single-user, bookmarking service.  My idea was to use Shaarli to create a public bookmark blog. But an author by the name of James posted an article suggesting a bookmarking solution that may work better for my purposes than Shaarli.  He uses Known, an Indieweb-friendly CMS (we are working on adding more Indieweb features to The New Leaf Journal). I knew of Known, but I never thought of it as a potential service for handling public bookmarks. I will study this possibility closely. For now, you can view my public bookmarks on TinyGem.
