Had someone asked me whether I would ever be compelled to feel embarrassment on Meta’s behalf before seeing the Meta Quest Pro, I would have said no. But I cannot help it. This is too embarrassing. Dystopian? Sure. Anti-human? Of course (they do say companies reflect the image and personality of their founders…). But above all, this just hurts to look at.
