I was enjoying a pleasant chat with a friend one September night on the Brooklyn Heights Promenade when we were treated to an unexpected fireworks show.

I shot a five second video of a waddling pillbug in Texas and then went through great effort to learn how to turn the video into a charming GIF.

I discovered an original GIF advertisement for the then-upcoming June 24, 2004 release of The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky. I tell the story of my discovery and re-print the GIFs.
