I have covered many Halloween and Christmas decoration photos here at The New Leaf Journal. Easter decorations, however, have been sadly neglected. Although Easter is, as of the date of this posting, two days past, there is no better time than the present to right a wrong. On an early-afternoon walk on Easter, I came across an inflatable carrot decoration in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, with two inflatable bunnies. The Sun was just right and the brownstones created an aesthetic backdrop for a photo.

I took the photo using the Open Camera App on my Teracube 2e phone.

I saw my New Leaf Journal colleague Victor V. Gurbo today. He wondered aloud whether children think that the Easter Bunny is large or small. Children growing up around this charming Easter decoration might think that the Easter Bunny is close to normal bunny size.

With this post, I took a step toward expanding our collection of holiday decoration photo content to cover Easter. Next year, I will be on the lookout for Easter content to publish before Easter. Baby steps to giant strides (or, in this case, baby hops to bigger hops).
