I re-published a poem from the February 2, 1842 edition of Graham’s Magazine earlier today. Long-time New Leaf Journal readers may recall that I once covered Graham’s fashion reporting, specifically the trends for January 1841. The February 2, 1842 issue contains a note about upcoming spring fashions for that year. While there is no text content, we do get a picture-preview:

I for one think the blue on the right is very aesthetic and fashionable.
